INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

Our Industrial Design team translates initial sketches into detailed 3D modeling and drawing, crafting comprehensive designs that encompass both the internal and external aspects of the helmet. We mitigate early design issues, focusing on comfort, safety features, performance, ventilation, testing standards, and high-tech fabric liner.

PROTOTYPING

3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting. Our ability to provide clear design intent and address issues early sets us apart, ensuring that your project remains on budget and on time. We offer tailored prototyping solutions based on your development stage: Mockup Prototype, Proof of Concept Prototype, Functional Prototype.

MOLD TOOLING

Our In-house Injection mold making is a skilled art form that combines engineering precision with artistic craftsmanship. Our mold engineers transform raw materials into visually appealing and flawlessly functioning molds, utilizing their expertise, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the production of high-quality parts.

TESTING LAB

Impact resistance, penetration resistance, and retention system strength. We also perform accelerated weathering tests to assess product lifespan and durability under harsh environmental conditions. Continuous batch testing throughout the production cycle maintains consistent quality and integrity.
